Original inputs retain the supplier plan and Napino Control Systems’ 4 Nov update. Edit whole component parts below. Demand and opening inventory are shared across both configurations; US/India arrival assumptions are separate.
Each month: prior net balance + usable arrivals − demand = new net balance. A positive balance is on-hand stock; a negative balance is backorder. Backorders are already included in net balance and are not subtracted twice. Each source arrival is counted once, in its arrival month. Do not enter production, dispatches, in-transit quantities, or an internal transfer twice. Blank means unknown; enter 0 only to model none. Unknowns carry forward until the missing input is supplied.
Calculated balances cannot be overwritten. Change opening stock, demand or arrivals to update them consistently. No safety-stock target, lead-time order sizing, or intra-month availability guarantee is assumed. Products are separate and cannot be added together as complete motors.
Restore all original inputs? This resets shared demand/opening stock and both configurations’ arrivals, and removes your saved browser copy. The shared HubSpot page and CRM records are unchanged.
Configuration comparison
Same demand and opening stock, separate arrival plans. First shortfall is the first known month-end backorder; any missing earlier month can make that timing uncertain.
Opening inventory and arrivals are entered in whole parts. Component-set equivalents use 4 half rings or 6 central forks and are rounded only for display. Opening backorders are assumed zero; enter only usable opening stock. No shipment or purchase order is created by editing.
Launch Gantt chart
Activities and sourcing gates from the selected scenario, through April 2027.
Bars show planning windows, not commitments. Dashed outlines identify conditional downstream work. Undated cure acceptance stays visible; it can push every later milestone. Weekends and supplier calendars are not validated.

Items to align with Sintercom
- Localisation PO is reported as not received as of 3 November 2026.
- Confirm furnace calibration and first cure test dates; neither is separately scheduled on page 4.
- Confirm customer approval and procurement release gates: the proposal ends L&T sample submission on 24 January, with readiness requested by end-January. No separate Napino Control Systems sample submission date is supplied. Contingency dates are scenario assumptions derived from the current approved plan, not revised supplier commitments.
- Confirm OD 155 versus OD 185, the brush “grit size” specification, and the cost currency before finalizing the plan.
